How Style Distillation Works

1. Draft Generation & Rating: Whenever Recruit drafts an outreach email, cover letter, or follow-up note, you rate the draft (1 to 5 stars) and provide quick feedback on dimensions like tone, brevity, and directness.
2. Draft-vs-Final Diffing: If you edit the draft before sending, Recruit records a semantic diff between the original AI text and your edited submission.
3. Directive Distillation: Periodically, the distillation engine synthesizes durable communication rules (e.g., “Never use ‘delve’, ‘synergy’, or ’testament’, “Keep intro paragraphs under two sentences”, “Lead directly with technical metrics”).
4. Hard Prompt Constraints: These distilled rules are injected as mandatory negative and positive constraints into all future AI prompt chains.

AI Content Detector

Recruit includes a real-time AI content analyzer integrated into its rich text and Vim modal editors:

• Marker Highlighting: Visual warning capsules highlight detected robotic phrases, repetitive adverb structures, and hallucinated buzzwords.
• Bidirectional Linking: Clicking a highlight in the text centers the corresponding explanation card; navigating cards in the sidebar jumps the editor caret to the exact line.
